Pushing this amendment is wrong on so many levels. This is blatant
collusion between ICANN and Verisign. It simply benefits ICANN and Verisign
at the financial detriment of everyone else using .com names. The legality
of this will be challenged. Losing a class action suit is very expensive
especially with retroactive punitive damages.
