Hi,

After reading the proposal, my concern is about price upgrade.  The actual proposal may result in increases that are way over the inflation, and probably over the real cost of supporting the TLD.  

Having only one company result in a monopolistic environment, and at a minimum a a RFP (request for proposal) should have been done in order to recceive and retain the best submission from competitors.
