The fact that this will allow Verisign to increase prices by up to 70% year over year is wrong.  
Then they will be able to compete against the very registrars that they are administering to will give them an unfair advantage and that will give them a virtual monopoly.Verisign giving you $20 million dollars amounts to bribery for you looking the other way.  The form for comments is broken for users of online web base e-mail.  No doubt to reduce complaints and ultimately "prove" there is no problem.

For an organization that is responsible for handling our domain and numbering system for the global Internet you are acting immensely corrupt and broken.
