A price increase will only be detrimental to all small owners of .com 
properties. It will increase costs to maintain a site putting the 
ability to start a online business out of reach for many. It will also 
only increase url hoarders shares so they can further price gouge 
shoppers for specific .coms. Existing owners of .coms will not even reap 
a benefits from such an increase
