The expense to .com domain holders will increase significantly and cause a cascade of other price increases making .COM domains less accessible and more expensive for everybody. It is unclear who will in the end benefit from the increased revenue and the payout to ICANN of 20 million. </span></font><span style="caret-color: rgb(102, 98, 97); color: rgb(102, 98, 97);" class="">It is unclear how these changes are going to benefit the </span><font color="#666261" class="">infrastructure as a whole or the future of the internet.
