<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature">Looking at <a href="https://www.icann.org/stewardship">https://www.icann.org/stewardship</a> it makes me wonder if the council is holding itself accountable. Considering that the ICANN will receive $20M from Verisign and that there is no clear indication of how this money will be spent I think it's incumbent on a worldwide council FOR the world to clarify why this is happening.<br></div></div>
