I can understand how Verisign’s <font color="#000000" class=""><span style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" class="">$20 million extra worth of “encouragement"</span></font> has likely "greased the skids", but it looks very sleazy to me, and I fail to see how this benefits anyone other than Verisign and ICANN.
