<p class="MsoNormal">Amendment 3-03 seems like a money grab to me, off of everyone that owns a domain. It seems like there is a genuine lack of visibility as to why this is needed? I know by past indications where icann has allowed registrars to sell privacy
for .com addresses when many other domain extensions offer it for free. It would seem to be that the gov should get involved.<o:p></o:p></p>
