Regardless how attempting $20 Million are, to see your organization fall apart somehow because some small group decided to they won't set down and take it, and they will bring about another option that people will accept because it is a fair deal. This will be a total destruction for your business and a huge loss for your soon to be unemployed members, which nobody wants.
