
<html><head></head><body><div class="yahoo-style-wrap" style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">To whom it may concern,</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I am shocked and appalled this Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM registry is even being proposed and considered. There is absolutely NO justification to why there should be any increase for a .COM domain. I work with many individuals and small businesses in my daily work as a Freelancer and this WOULD affect their businesses, including mine, and decisions that they make moving forward for no other reason other than greed. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">ICANN should think long and hard about the true purpose of this proposal and make the correct decision of completely throwing it out.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div></div></body></html>
