          public organization, the lack of transparency for the process

          involved is shocking.  The proposed $20M payment over the next

          five years needs explaining.  As a long time member of the

          Internet community and a private domain owner, this is clearly

          not justified.  Actions such as these only emphasize the Obama

          administration's mistake in turning over the domain process to

          international "community".</font></font></p>
