This rate of increase makes no sense and will harm the accessibility of .COM domains by the less affluent, as the price increases will naturally be passed on in full to the customers of the registrars. And we demand to know where this extra money is going to be spent.<br></div><div><br></div><div>That this decision was made behind closed doors with Verisign is concerning. That the new contract will allow Verisign to operate its own registrar smells of illegal collusion.
