<p>I am extremely concerned about this amendment to the Registry Agreement.</p>
<p>Self employed people, charities and tiny sturtups. will find this a huge burden that could render the internet only accessible to medium and large corporations, therefore undemocratic. </p>
<p>If this had been the way from the beginning of the internet, this would have been just the way it is, but, to start enforcing it today is not acceptable. </p>
<p>Keep domains accessible to individuals and small businesses. </p>
