<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">This deal will effectively kill small businesses and entrepreneurs who do not have a lot of capital and/or whose businesses barely keeps them afloat. It will
stifle the voices of people who cannot afford the new exorbitant fees, making the internet less of a place for the people and more of a place for oligarchs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
