[Comments-fy19-budget-19jan18] Comment Regarding FY19 Budget

I noticed a lack of funding for cloud initiatives in the budget?  As more
organizations digitally transform using the cloud, ICANN should be leading
the way with innovation and scalable opportunities.



ICANN should be a leader in cloud innovation, and I would like to see
budget allocated for that initiative.
