To whom it may concern.

The proposed removal of price caps on .info top level domains is going to have a devastating effect on many small business who can not compete with fortune 500 companies.

I own a small business and although I have no direct employees, I do retain a cadre of professional support in different disciplines. Managing cost and providing the best service I can for my clients has kept me in business for several years. If caps are removed from .info top level domains small internet based business like mine will lose their competitive edge, and may even cause many such small business to close their doors.

Many of these business are owned by individuals who because of physical handicaps and other limitations cannot find gainful employment. Their online business provides a means to an income otherwise unobtainable.

Removal of price caps on .info top level domains will force many self-employee individuals to go out of business. These are individuals who make quarterly contributions to the revenues this country collects via taxes.

Please do not remove the price caps on .info level domains.
