Dear ICANN,

ICANN staff should not unilaterally impose URS in legacy TLDs.   These TLDs have a long history and are in wide use based on a significant period of price-capping. To treat them the same as new TLDs denies the extent to which their use is established, and the costs this will impose on millions of small companies, individual entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.  

This feels like an abuse of more or less a monopoly position.  

ICANN appears to be entirely catering to registries by removing price caps. ICANN should stand up for the public interest and registrants! 

We ask you to avoid removing price caps on such long legacy TLDs as .info, .org. and .biz.
