[Comments-info-renewal-18mar19] Please do not remove the pricing cap

I do not want the .info pricing to be allowed to increase by removing the current cap.  The .info domain allows a small group of people, even just 1 person, to get provide free information to the public.  This domain should actually be cheaper than .com, and having it be low-cost would encourage people to use it.  Please consider this reason sincerely and do not remove the cap.
