[Comments-info-renewal-18mar19] Retain price caps on .info domains

Hello,

I am writing to urge you not to to remove price caps on .info registrations. These registrations are often used by community groups and non-profits who cannot afford expensive domain names. 

Please consider retaining price caps when you renew the .info registry agreement.
