[Comments-info-renewal-18mar19] do NOT lift caps on registration charges for .info domains

I am incensed that you would consider lifting the limits on charges for
registration of .info domains.  Doing so opens the path to
monopolization of .info by those with the deepest pockets, completely
contrary to the original spirit of the Internet.  Do not approve this
policy change.
