I am in favor of the plan to roll the root KSK on 11 October 2018.

It doesn't seem likely to me that the risks of doing so will decrease
with a longer wait - rather more likely the opposite.  We may as well
tear off the band-aid quickly, and apply lessons learned to the next
key roll.
