Dear All

I have read the draft document for 2021-2025 strategy and have some inputs. As a newcomer to domain name world I must say that ICANN's governance model is hard to grasp quickly. Even after reading the relevant sources, there remains some unknowns. So, there can be a newcomer program within MEA region. Hence the topic 3.2 ICANN's Governance can be udpdated as follows:

3.2.2 Regional Goals
Add:  Support and cooperate with newcomers to maket hem adapt to the system

3.2.4 Proposed Actions
Add: Start MEA-Newcomers program to train, inform and grow newly attended members.
