This is to note on the record that staff is aware of the typo in Section 1. B, regarding the purpose of the NCUC as flagged by Mike O’Connor in his comment.

This typo will be addressed as part of the staff report once the public comment forum closes; NCUC leadership was also notified and the typo will be corrected.
