Chantelle,
I submitted the comments to public.comment at icann.,org<mailto:public.comment at icann.,org> address because I am unable to submit using the link that you sent below.
I click on Submit Comments and it brings me to the screen with the privacy language.. The I hit Continue and it brings me to a drop down to choose an email server. I have tried both Exchange and Other and my valid GLEIF email account and password are not being recognized by either.
I also have tried clicking on Sign Up and that brings me a blank screen.
Please find screenshots of the error that I am receiving, the blank page that comes up after clicking on Sign Up and my agreement to the privacy policy.
I also am attaching a copy of GLEIF’s response again and hope that you can accept the document due to the problems with submitting to the link that you have provided.
