Please find attached the Supplemental ALAC Statement to the Release for Registration one .COM Domain Name with a Single-Character Label: O.COM<https://community.icann.org/display/alacpolicydev/At-Large+Workspace%3A+Release+for+Registration+one+.COM+Domain+Name+with+a+Single-Character+Label%3A+O.COM>, with an important correction to the amendment (“charities” has been changed to “nonprofit organizations”).

In the interest of time, the ALAC Chair requested that the Statement be transmitted to the ICANN public comment process on with a note that the Statement is pending ALAC ratification.
