The .org gTLD is used largely by nonprofits. The price cap provisions of the .org agreement are vital for these service organizations.  It is unclear why, in the pointless quest to "align" the .org agreement with the base level agreement, ICANN is prepared to throw nonprofits under the bus. Do not do this!
