I do not approve the removal of cap on allowable price increase for .org
domain. There are caps on rent increase on physical addresses imposed
through rental guidelines issued by the governments. In the same spirit,
such caps must be applied to virtual addresses like domain names,
especially the .org domain names which are commonly used by schools,
communities and open-source projects.
