I am strongly against eliminating the price caps on the annual increase 
in domain fee. Many organizations that use a .org domain are not making 
a profit, but instead are providing a free service with a limited 
budget. Some will be forced to change domains due to domains fees 
increasing. Others will have to reduce their services or reduce the 
people the organization can serve.
