Regarding changes to  *Section 2.10 of the .org renewal agreement *to
remove caps on fee changes

*FEE INCREASES SHOULD CONTINUE TO BE CAPPED*

.org domains provide a huge service to our public welfare, and as such they
must be protected from profiteering as a special class of TLD. It is in the
public interest for knowledge of them and their services to be supported by
price controls and greater prices will not, in the case of one TLD
necessarily yield better service.. but only better profits.

Leave Section 2.10 as it is currently written.
