Sir or Madam,

it strikes me as shocking that you are going to allow PIR to set 
whatever price it wants.  A 10% potential yearly increase was already 
generous.  All this is going to do is open up the possibility of unduly 
high prices and blatant profiteering over a TLD that is essentially 
targeted at groups such as non-profit organizations, schools, 
open-source projects, and community groups.
