Hi,

As a .org domain owner, I feel very uneasy about removing the price cap
increase that PIR can set.

The .org domains provide a very important service in many areas - often for
organisations that are non-proift and do not have extensive funds.

I would encourage you (ICANN) to rethink this policy please.
