[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] NO to unrestricted increases

It is a terrible idea to permit unrestricted increases to .org (or any)
domain names. It will create chaos and is inimical to equity on the
Internet. The current system of limited increases is working just fine and
is preferred by most people. I am strongly against this proposal.
