To whom it may concern-
As the leader of a not for profit institution, it is very distressing to see that you are contemplating the removal of price caps on .org top-level domains. As a not for profit, we operate on a shoe string budget each year and even a small price increase would impact us significantly. There is already a 10% price increase allowed-an amount that far exceeds what most workers receive each year by way of wage increase (much more than COLA). Many receive none at all year after year. There is no reason that the PIR should need more than a 10% increase in price each year beyond simply seeking to maximize profits at the expense of charities that do good works, . This would also remove all incentive for them to take a good hard look a reigning in expenses and keeping their costs down. Please do not remove the price caps.

Thank you
Lynn Broder
