	Your proposed rule allowing unlimited price increases is anti-charity, anti-consumer, anti-public interest.

	It shocks the conscience given the falling costs and increasing efficiency of IT firms governed by ICANN’s rules.

	You can improve the economics for customers and sellers, however, by strictly limiting price increases. This will foster suppliers seeking to be even more efficient. 

	Given that we are in a long-term period with little or no inflation (and one year of deflation in the United States) the idea of even allowing the current 10% annual rice increases should be reviewed with an eye to lowering that number.
