[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] pricing changes on .org domains

I oppose the removal of the price increase rate-cap on on .org domains. The
pricing on those domains currently enables organizations to use a
legitimizing domain at a reasonable price, which can be absolutely vital to
smaller organizations. Without hundreds a year to spend on, say, the same
address at a .com, the only alternative should .org prices begin to rise
more rapidly would be bargain bin domain names that make us look more like
spam or a scam than a legitimate website. Please keep the 10% maximum
wholesale cost increase cap, and do not allow PIR to increase .org prices
at will.
