[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Concerned about org price caps

As the owner of a nonprofit and a .org, I'm extremely concerned about price
caps being removed from new .org purchases. Potentially higher prices
allows for blatant price-gouging and can only punish nonprofits who
struggle enough as it is.
