Dear ICANN,

I received a note from Namecheap, our registrar, who shared your proposed
contract changes with the Public Interest Registry that may lead to
uncapped prices for .org top level domains.

As my company is the leading provider of AI technology to the nonprofit
sector, I would like to express my deep concern for uncapped .org prices.
Nonprofits are struggling to gain resources and talent to solve the world's
most pressing challenges, often because of the burdens placed on them to
minimize operating expenditures.

Charging even an extra dollar from them could have outsized negative
outcomes for some of the most vulnerable among us. For example, each $1
given to the Greater Boston Food Bank helps provide 3 meals to those in need

I urge you to find other ways to monetize and strive towards elevating the
nonprofit sector. I am happy to provide additional comments or answer any
questions you might have.
