This reauthorization agreement is removing price controls for new domain registrations. I disagree with this approach. 

Access to the internet for all through net neutrality measures is essential. Price of admission is a significant way to ensure the few are not able to control who is able to afford domains and thus control messaging. 

These fees should continue to have reasonable caps and be monitored and adjusted periodically - not just be removed.  This is a far too significant piece of the modern information marketplace.
