[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Keep pricing limits in place

ICANN’s current contract with Public Interest Registry (PIR), allows PIR to
increase the wholesale price of .org domains by 10% a year. The new
proposal to extend the contract to operate .org but without limit or
regulation to price increase is irresponsible and will hurt small business.
Regulation in this area is good business and ultimately protects the
economic health of small businesses, charities, and civic organizations
that operate for the public good.
