Dear ICANN

I understand that ICANN is proposing to allow the Public Interest Registry (PIR), in its new proposed contract to allow PIR set whatever prices it chooses inn annual increases. This change should be rejected. The current provision which allows PIR to do an annual increase of up to 10% a year is more than adequate, considering that the costs of inflation is well below 10%. If anything, ICANN should propose limiting annual increases to less than 10% but 10% should be the ceiling in order to not allow price-gouging of small non-profit organization using the .org domain.

Sincerely,

Michael C. McCall
