Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing as I have been made aware that there is a potential that pricing caps for .org and .info domains may be removed with proposals being considered. I’d like to voice my concerns for this proposal and plea that this is rejected. For people with these domains already, they have been purchased with a price in mind, and although price increases are inevitable, these need to be controlled. Businesses and users alike have these domains, advertise with them and have made livings from the content displayed on these domain names. Large increases in the cost of these domains will be devastating and having a cap on increases is vital.

I hope you’ll do what is right by the vast number of people who have invested in these domain names already and keep a price cap in place.
