This section concerns me:
"but also takes into consideration the maturation of the domain name market and the goal of treating the Registry Operator equitably with registry operators of new gTLDs and other legacy gTLDs utilizing the base registry agreement"

I understand that the rise of new TLDs has made room for inequity between registrar's, but there should have been price caps on those to begin with. Opting to remove protections is not the solution. If anything it opens the door for irresponsible price setting. Think of how this could some day discourage or hinder the development of new non-profit organizations.

Please reconsider this.
