[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Keep the cap on price for .org

Why in the world would you let a company potentially run up the price on a TLD that is bought primarily by nonprofits!? Why would you take the price restrictions away for orgs that are not for profit? This makes no sense and I hope you keep the cap just like .com TLDs.
