[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Bad Idea for Getting More Organizations Online - Especially in Africa

Coming from a country in Africa, removal of the price cap will definitely
getting organizations online which is one of our goals. The cost will
obviously be moved to the clients which will be a deterrent to getting
everyone online.

I definitely do not support it!
