[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Don't allow price gouging for .ORGs

To eliminate caps on .org - it is really a slap in the face of the general citizen - and their communities on the internet.
Most have had their domains for years - and would be reluctant to jump to another domain extension - knowing that their "identity" could then be pirated and damaged.
Please protect these people, non-profits, communities and missions.
Be HUMAN about this. Don't allow price gouging for .orgs.  PLEASE.
