[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] do NOT lift cap on charges for .org domain registration

I am incensed that you would consider lifting the limits on charges for
registration of .org domains.  Doing so opens the path to monopolization
of .org by those with the deepest pockets, completely contrary to the
original spirit of the Internet.  Do not approve this policy change.
