To Whom It May Concern:

I assume you are well aware already of the purpose of this comment and have
certainly received numerous others regarding the potentially destructive
and greedy action of allowing PIR to set whatever price it would like on
TLDs such as .org.

This is a dangerous and irresponsible precedent to set.

I recommend you re-read the ICANN core values:
