[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Do not remove price caps from .org

Hello Sir/Madam,

It has come to my notice that you will be renewing the .org registry
agreement.

Please DO NOT remove the price caps from .org as it will lead to a price
hike in the .org domain names. This is one thing helping them save money
for good deeds. They are non-profits, this is unfair. Please consider.
