To whom it may concern,

I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to market-based prices for most domains
(they're a limited resources after all), but from my understanding, .org
domains are primarily for use by non-profits---groups that don't tend to
have excessive cash surpluses. Given the limited scope of this TLD and the
nature of those who benefit from it, I think price caps should remain in
place.
