The current system provides a most needed guarantee that those organizations that seek the “Ex Gratia” betterment of the people and humanity are not threaten by crash commercialism and self interest. If those who are entrusted the power to maintain that balance fail to do so then we are better off establishing a multi agents licensing process for the administration of all the domains instead of a monopoly that “has no competition in the sale of a particular product or service and is able to control its supply and price” even when common sense indicates that we should protect certain activities from the uncertainty of free markets. At least that way we will create competition in this particular marketplace.
